DISPL’s AI analytics allow each robot to detect key characteristics of nearby individuals and instantly display promotional content that is likely to appeal to them, enhancing the relevance and impact of each interaction.
Beyond real-time engagement, DISPL’s Visitor Insights provide ROPI with invaluable data on audience demographics and behavior. This data, which would be nearly impossible for human staff to collect in such busy environments, gives ROPI and their clients (mall operators and retailers) a deeper understanding of their audience. The system captures fully GDPR-compliant, anonymized insights, offering actionable information without compromising privacy.
