Web Template Editor: Quick Edits Made Easy

To make any adjustments, even minor ones, you had to use DISPL Designer, which could slow down workflow for simple changes.
What’s New
With the Web Template Editor, you can now make edits directly from the CMS, in the Campaign creation tool. This includes:
- Content Layer Adjustments: Scale, stretch, and synchronize content layers for visually consistent campaigns.
- Text Editing Capabilities: Modify font styles (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough), line spacing, and text alignment (left, center, right, justified) for a customized look.
- Web Frame Settings: Change URLs to integrate dynamic, live content.
You won’t need to rebuild templates or restart the player to apply changes to currently running campaigns. Just make your updates, and they’ll apply instantly!

Practical Example
Running a new promotion and need a quick update? Open the CMS, make your text or visual changes, and they’ll appear immediately on screens without any interruption, keeping your promotions timely and effective.
How to use
You need to use a template that has replaceable elements, like text or images. Click on “Edit” near the chosen campaign and then edit any block you have. All changes are applied without restarting or rebooting the player!
Enhanced Raw Data Reporting: More Insights at Your Fingertips
Previous Experience
Previously, users could only download the Visitors (Sessions) report on their own, which provided aggregated data—such as total time a visitor spent in the store. More detailed data required helpdesk support, limiting the scope of insights available independently.
What’s New
Now, users can download all three key reports together in a single file, allowing for quick, comprehensive analysis without support.
Visitor Sessions: Data of all interactions of one visitor will be combined into one session.
Contacts: Individual visitor-device interactions.
Views: Insights into how visitors engage with specific Digital Signage campaigns.
Reports are now delivered directly to your email, giving you immediate access to insights without needing assistance from our support team.

- Self-Serve Analytics: Export and analyze data independently for fast, actionable insights.
- Enhanced Analytics: Previously, you could only see total visitor time. Now, you can view detailed analytics by device, seeing precisely where visitors spent their time.
- Ability to Measure Average Time: Now you can see total in-store time for specific visitors. It means that you can eliminate data outliers (with very small visit time) and get more reliable data for average time spent in-store.
Use Case
Imagine you have several sensors across your store and want to evaluate employee effectiveness. Previously, you could only see the total time each employee spent in the store. Now, with the Contacts report, you can analyze how much time employees spent near each sensor or display, giving you a deeper look into staff efficiency. This added detail increases the actionable value of your analytics, helping you improve both visitor experience and employee productivity.
How to use
Open Visitor Insights dashboard in your platform and press Send Report button in the top-right corner. Enter your email. You will receive the spreadsheet in the next 10 minutes.
Adjustable Staff Detection Threshold: More Data Customization
Previous Setting
Visitors tracked for more than two hours were automatically tagged as staff, which sometimes misclassified long-staying customers. Hence, their sessions were kept out of the Visitor Insights dashboards.
What’s New
Now, you can increase the detection threshold up to 24 hours, to suit your business’s unique visitor behavior.
