Raw Data Report Enhancements
For our power users of our AI-powered audience analytics, we’ve significantly enhanced the Raw Data Reports in Visitor Insights. Users can now export comprehensive data reports across three key tabs:
Visitors (Sessions): Aggregated data on visitor sessions.
Contacts: Individual visitor-device interactions.
Views: Insights into how visitors engage with specific Digital Signage campaigns.
These detailed reports provide granular insights into visitor interactions with your campaigns and can now be directly exported and delivered to your email without assistance from support.
Adjustable Staff Detection Time
You can now adjust the time it takes to identify a visitor as staff. By default, we tag a visitor as staff after 2 hours (120 minutes). Now, you have the flexibility to change this setting to any time up to 24 hours. This is particularly useful for businesses where visitors spend several hours but shouldn’t be identified as staff, such as restaurants, fitness clubs, etc.
You can update this in the platform settings (Settings - Main).
