Neat burger
Project description
Neat Burger, a vegan fast-food chain with 11 locations in the US, the UK, and Dubai, aims to provide guilt-free burgers while prioritizing the planet. Neat Burger offers affordable vegan alternatives to traditional fast food.
Goals
The project goal was to provide a service quality comparable to fast-food restaurants, enhancing the accessibility and convenience of vegan fast food for customers. The DISPL team's mission was to introduce digital technology in QSR to improve speed, comfort, and service quality.
Work process
The DISPL team played a pivotal role in the project by delivering a comprehensive software solution within one of Neat Burger's locations, which included:
- Digital menu boards;
- Self-service kiosks;
- Digital screens;
- Queue management.
Results
The implemented solution had a positive impact on restaurant service quality, reducing wait times and improving overall efficiency and speed.
Digital menu boards allowed for targeted promotions during specific times of the day, optimizing sales by displaying relevant offers. For example, the breakfast menu could be hidden at 11 AM, making way for other special offers.
Furthermore, the digitalization of the physical space aligns with the brand's innovative and tech-savvy image, enhancing the overall consumer experience.
