Shipping Coordinator

We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our global team. This is an entry-level position, but some experience in logistics/distribution is required.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents, tracking orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will work closely with carriers, suppliers, and distributors, resolving any shipping-related issues. The role requires compliance with shipping regulations and coordination with internal teams to meet delivery expectations.

Key Requirements:

Experience in logistics/distribution

English proficiency (Advanced)

Client-oriented, proactive, and communicative

Available to work 6 hours/day between 7 AM - 5 PM GMT (10 AM - 8 PM Cyprus time)
