Platinum partner onboarding plan
Your onboarding consists of certification, internal POC and business activation. It takes 1‑2 months after which you will be fully prepared to sell DISPL products to customers. Our team will guide you throughout this process to make it easier and quicker.

Path to certification

Your team
Please, share contacts of your team members, so we can set up easier communication. You are required to have at least one employee for each position.
Please use your Partner ID for all form submissions. You can find it in your automated onboarding email or request it from Partner Marketing Manager.
After you become our platinum partner, your team must undergo certification process. It includes DISPL Academy training, pitch trainings and exams to confirm your proficiency with our product and ability to handle customer leads.

After completing all education and trainings, your Product Manager receives a Certificate of Partnership from DISPL. You will be eligible for handling incoming leads and for your partner discount.

Hardware delivery and Internal POC process
You need to test and study DISPL solutions to be ready to work with customer POC. Our Customer Success Manager and technical team will help you set up internal POC in your office and answer all your questions in the process.
Step 1 - Hardware delivery
Our Shipping coordinator will contact you to arrange delivery of your DISPL Kits. Usually delivery takes 2‑3 weeks, during this time you can test the software on your devices.
Step 2 - Waiting for the hardware
Product courses in DISPL Academy contain a lot of useful information about using our solutions (Engage, Measure, Monetize), including Workshops with practical lessons and guides.
Step 3 - Internal (Partner) POC
After you receive your hardware, don’t hesitate to set it up and test for desired use cases. Please discuss goals and methods of your tests with DISPL Project Manager and make sure you set up sensors correctly. It is crucial for collecting correct data.
