Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the retail, brands, malls, and medical center industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies 
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify target markets and create marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build industry knowledge


  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Experience working with clients in the retail, brands, malls, or medical center industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to travel as required
